Easy to install
I ordered this item as a replacement for a Peerless diverter valve that had worn out. This item comes with the two washers needed for the easy 2 minute installation. This simple part saved me a replacement cost of a whole new shower set that could have cost $50 upwards. Highly recommend it if you're in the same situation.
I have had many shower diverters through the years and this one is definitely the Best. I twists instead of pushes and it allows both shower heads to run at the same time or individually. I combined it with a ball joint holder. Totally the best. I want another one.
Pros: It works and price is good. Cons: It's made of plastic. The knob is not easy to turn with wet and soapy hands. The "pointer" is reversely installed which is very confusing. So returning product and installed the Delta U4922-PK which is all brass with smooth operation.
