My nails are yellow and weak and I the french manicure my nails are whiter and stronger. I'm so happy I found this french manicure Nearly Nude it's simple easy now I can do all my manicures myself and save money and do my manicures with added colors and nails art as well .
I can't use fake nails and I have to trim my nails down super short so I can play guitar, but I work in an office where clean manicured hands are a must. I absolutely love this stuff. This is the first time I've ever given myself a french manicure, and it is the easiest it could be. I didn't get a perfect go the first time, but no one will notice that but me! This seriously works on any length of nail and stays like nobody's business. I have nearly nude. Amazing!
This was my first attempt at a French manicure and, overall, I'm happy with it. Some of the negative reviews I read mentioned the white polish bleeding under the stickers, the sheer color not looking natural, and the polish chipping quickly. Yes, the stickers did let some white bleed under them. But, after it dries, it's pretty easy to clean the lines up with an orange stick or a polish corrector pen. I tried one coat of sheet polish on one hand and two coats on the other. I'd recommend only one coat of sheer. With two coats, it starts to look unnatural and it also tints the white tips too pink. I've had the polish on for four days and I've had no chipping. I'd recommend trying this product.
I love this duo. The nail polishes last long on the nails and also last long in the bottle. It still remains smooth and easy to apply and the colors are so pretty. It doesn't chip and gives a beautiful natural looking color.
This kit made it easier to do a french manicure at home, especially with the sticker nail guides that are included in the kit. I work with my hands alot and the color seem to not last as long as some of the other Sally Hansen products but still a good product.
I had tried this set once or twice, but was never super-impressed with the application or wear. I found it a bit annoying & difficult to apply, mainly the strips that are meant to guide you. I could never line them up accordingly, which resulted in slanted French manicured tips, and still smudging.. not sure if it was due to the multi-step process, chemical makeup of 1 or the other (top coat or base), or all of the above, but this isn't something I'd recommend to most people. Thank the high heavens for Color Street 100% Nail Polish Strips (or Incoco sold in most retailers), otherwise, I may never have been able to get a near perfect French manicure that was done myself & not in a salon!
I tried this product today and it is not as described. The "sheer" color is far from sheer and very unnatural looking. The stickers do not stay in place and the white color leaks underneath. Only thing that is good is the sheer top coat. Disappointed
So to start, I'm extremely disappointed. The "sheer" color is very white and pasty, When it is supposed to look natural. Also the "Percision" brush Is just a regular nail polish brush and it makes it very difficult to do the white tip on my nails. The packaging lies about the product being sheer, natural, and easy to use. overall my experience with this product is very disappointing, I will NEVER use this again.
This product is awful, as well as it is sold with a terrible product description. The "pink" polish is a pearl finish. NO French manicure has this finish, it looks awful, glittery, and very cheap. After the time it took for a flawless application, I had to immediately remove it. What's worse, is I received a multi pack, which means that between the white, the pearl/iridescent pink, and the top coat, I now have SIX bottles of polish going into the trash. Don't waste your money on this.
It doesn't last even 1 day, before 24 hours is chipped Sheer color is not sheer, It doesn't look natural and it is not easy to apply on the nails, It looks horrible! I'd like to read this rates before buy it!
