I spent 16.00 on these toe nail clippers, thinking I could finally cut tough toenails with out a problem. What a waste. It wouldn't cut through butter. I did as recomended and soaked toenails to soften and the clipper wouldn't cut a thing. Please save your money. This is a horrible product
I finally thought I found the product Toe clippers. As it is a Sally Hansen product I trusted it to work. Unfortunately I encountered a problem right after unpacking it .First it was difficult to open the packaging despite the info open here, I had to get a knife to cut it open. I really had to struggle to unlock the pliers. I started to clip one of my broken fingernails and was not very successful. I am aware I would have to soak the nails first, however I travel a lot and the nails break. I do not have occasion to soak the nails first when I am in a plane or train. I just want to equalize my broken nail. Unfortunately my real complaint is with the lock. I struggled to open the pliers, however I am unable to close them as it does not get over the little bar on the left side. I am a senior lady and do not have excessive strengh in may hands. I am very disappointed that I can not successfully use
