Pieces F and all 3 of H are missing. I have called and left messages with the company but no one returns my calls. I'm very unhappy about it.

I picked up a new patio sent and decided to get this base, thinking it was flat enough to put a couple buckets of rocks on it for added weight. The base is not flat, so the idea did not work, it's got a hump on it. Once I got everything put together I found out one of the fittings that the umbrella slides into was just a hair to big, so I removed it until I have time to open the plastic fitting a bit more. Without a good snug fit there I've noticed a wobble problem with the umbrella. Will update once I have time to hone out the fitting some.
There is rubber around the edge and when rolled on side to move it as recommended, the rubber piece came off and I couldn't get it back on. The size adapters that came with it fail to include one that will make the hole 1 1/2 inches which is a very popular size.
Arrived broken. Base appears to crack easily. I do not recommend.
Item poorly packaged given weight thus it was delivered damaged by FedX with part missing. Too heavy for this customer to return. Is operational/useable
The concrete base that I have received was broken by the time I opened it. I had to take to the nearest Walmart to return this heavy item
