We haven't officially started potty training yet but my two year old son is fascinated with this potty. He loves to flush the big potty so, i figured it might encourage him to do the same on his little potty. He loves to sit on the potty and constantly is interested in going when I am also using the restroom. He sees mommy and wants to imitate by doing the same. I think defiantly helps to encourage potty training. The noises are cute that are made when the child uses restroom. This is well made product for the money and is fun while learning to potty train! I would totally recommend this product!
I have a 20 month old boyand this potty works great for him. Its just his size and the music and lights make it exciting when he does go potty! The shield is a at a good night so you won't e cleaning up too many messes.
My older daughter said: If I had such I'd go potty and gooooooo, hahahaha) The one motivates to take the paper and to flush.. it's simply giving the instructions with the help of songs. I do adore this potty and I'm in love with all Fisher-Price products. They always meet expectations and even more. The quality of Fisher-Price plastic is always perfect- it's good for years usually for some generations of little sweet munchkins.
Reading the reviews had me a little skeptical as I have a son. But I have had no problems with the splash guard. The only thing really is the fact that the back part is too distracting for my son. He only wants to flush the toilet and watch it light up. But I like it. I love how it says u did it when they use it. Now my son says I did it!
This is a great potty seat. When my son goes potty it sings this cute little song. It also encourages them to not only use the potty but flush it too. I only wish it had a lid to close when not it use. But, other than that I think it's adorable and my son really likes it! Its also very simple to clean.
I was not sure this was the potty for my daughter, but she loves it! It makes flushing sounds and makes it look like its flushing real water in the back. It sings when she does go on the potty and she loves that too! Over all I would recommend this potty to everyone I know!
This toilet is the perfect size for my extra tall toddler and, though he isn't potty trained yet, it made him so excited to pretend to go potty and then flush afterwards. Best potty chair I've ever seen!
I wanted a potty that stayed true to looking like the big potty. I got it for my 12-month-old because she is really smart and curious, so I thought she would just get used to it being in the bathroom and would one day show an interest. She took to it right away! We love that it plays music as soon as she goes and the flushing action is pretty neat, too. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the toilet seat comes off with no effort, so my daughter likes to pull the pieces off as she's walking out the door. It is made this way for easy cleaning/dumping (no pun intended) and to move the ring to the big potty, but it should come with a latch or something to make it a little harder for little ones to pull apart.
My twin boys love these. The first day they arrived they did great trying to go potty on them. But now they really just like to flush the toilet. They even sat on it backwards so they could play with the flusher. It's very distracting for them when trying to teach them to use the potty.
It's a good potty chair.you push the handle and it lights up blue does not stay blue only when you push the handle.my son likes it.It cheers for him.the only thing I don't like about it is that he takes it a part a lot its easy to do.i wish it had a lid or something so he could not get it off so easy.
