Thank you, I am an American police officer, working in Iraq.I bought this oversized coat to fit over body armor in the cold nights here. It far exceeded my expectations, and was shipped in great time and in a protected box. I recommend Wal Mart to all I see.
This jacket is not as heavy or warm as you would expect of a winter jacket. But for the price, still a decent jacket, if worn with a heavy layer underneath. Also, I thought it was a little short for the size I ordered.
