I was looking for a basic watch that would do time intervals for running and this watch does it. Also, it is easy to use and easy to see. It's comfortable and heavy duty.
I am so glad I bought this watch. Not only do I use it for workouts, I also wear it to work. I set up 2 alarms to ring mid-morn and mid-aft so it will remind me to have a snack. that way I'm not so hungry when it is meal time. I will keep this one forever.........when it breaks, I'll get another!
I got his watch for my wife because she kept breaking her others - pins would fall out or they'd cloud up in the shower. This watch has a great band that doesn't pinch the skin, and is durable. Definately great for the athletic; or just those abusive on watches.
