My office purchased this model to upgrade from its previous model and it is very temperamental. If you are only punching a few sheets, the edges of the sheet curve upwards when inside the machine and don't actually get punched. For this reason, it takes forever to get the paper in just the right spot for punching. I would not recommend this model.
The product is nearly impossible to load without crinkling/bending the top edge of your paper or missing the top sheet. Really surprised this made it through product testing as it is supposed to be "automatic" but is a substantial downgrade from a manual binder.
This paper has to be lined to perfection before it can be hole punch and as stated, it will curl the paper or not even punch the first sheet. You have to cut at least 15 pages at a time, and it is a nightmare to click the binder brackets they offer for the machine, in which you cannot use any other binder coils except the ones they offer.
