Love how you can personalize it
I love it. I cant wait to see my face when she see the bracelet with her name on it. My mom is going to love it.
The bracelet is nice but the engraving was small print
I ordered several bracelets in time for Mother's Day and the order arrived wrong. The bracelet itself was beautiful and engraved nicely. I needed to order the items three times in order to get them correct. It was frustrating. Needless to say they were not given to the people for Mother's Day. I did contact customer service regarding the issue and both times the representative was very polite and helpful. I just don't understand why my order was not done properly when the items were submitted separately. If ordering one engraved item you will be pleased not so much it ordering different ones.
I bought two bracelets for my daughters for Christmas. The engraving was poor, you could barely read their names. In less than a month both charms fell off their bracelets, now they have bracelets that are not worth wearing.
The charm is fake it turnt after a week
weell i ordered this in agust and welll its goood but u goota be careful for it the thing falls of but for 20 bucks its niiiccce my little crystal thing fell out and the metal fades quikly
I ordered 2 bracelets and received the wrong birthstones in both 5 days late. Both had pink stones. One was supposed to be blue and the other diamond. I honestly wasn't very impressed by the bracelets either. They seemed flimsy and cheap. I realize for $29 I can't expect much but I expected better than that. I could have dealt with that though had they been the right stones.
The price is great and the actual item looks nice. However, the quality is bad. I bought this for my daughter and she wore it for lesser than 24 hrs and the stone came off. I returned it back the next day. Very unhappy and dissatisfy.
I bought a few of these as gifts and the chain's color faded the very same day. I was so embarrassed....
