If you plan to have it re-sized remember it's stainless steel and very few shops will work with stainless. But, other than that, it's great, sturdy, beautiful and just what I needed. You just need to find a full jeweler who has all machines to make, alter, and size jewelry. Most likely, it will be privately owned. You big names don't work with stainless; not in my area anyway. I just love this product!
I am unhappy with this purchase and I'll take some blame for the decision. It is a curb chain and is heavy & chunky. I believe this chain was listed under MEN's purchases, but I couldn't find another one the wrist size I needed in WOMEN. I selected the gold color and it is already chipping slightly along the edge of the medical alert bar. The WORD selections I chose was exact and completely visually satisfactory. I'm not sure how long I'll manage to wear this one, being so heavy. Sigh.
