Assembly took a little time but all parts were provided, the instructions were clear and the parts well made. The fit of the parts was great. You will need two people and one step ladder. The only error I saw was in the bill of materials for cutting wood for a base. The quantities are wrong on some of the items. Count the parts in the drawing and correct the counts before you cut. I understand that this is being discontinued so there won't be any design changes made. The latches inside the left door should be inside of the right door since the left door has to close last. Also, the door hardware requires that you synchronize the doors when you close them, you can't close one door, then close the other one. That was the only thing I noticed about the design that I felt was wrong. The building looks as good as the photo and it is a top grade fixture. It won't rust. I don't know how colorfast it will be or if the resin will become brittle in time.
we got it installed in the backyard today. we leveled the area yesterday, put down 12 inch paving stones, reused an ez spa pad (8x8 resin pad that our old hot tub sat on) and put the shed on top of that. we used locking sand to secure the pavers. it took about 4 hours to put up the shed today, including a few breaks since we are 58 and 60 years old lol! we did not entertain the neighbors with too many "adult" words, just said a few at the end because the last roof piece is a pain to install. you have to push down and slide that last roof piece but when you hear the click you know it finally attached to the truss. once the roof and doors were on, we tightened all the screws and bolts. shed seems sturdy. directions are specific and easy to follow. i would buy a second one if we had the space!
