This shed was everything I'd hoped for and more!!! It definitely takes two people to put together and put up .... but the instructions were really good and easy to follow. They delivered it 4 days before the arrival date which was great!!! It was missing a couple roof connectors and some wall pins (items TT & V), so I called Suncast and they sent them right out, not questions asked and were great about it!!! Thank you so much & I would recommend Suncast very highly.
I purchased this shed to be able to remove my stuff from a rented storage unit. It came in two quit large and very heavy boxes delivered to the street in front of my house. I was able to get them into the yard with the help of a dolly and a friend but, it could be a challenge for some people depending upon the access to the yard. It took a couple days to level and prepare the foundation. I used treated timbers and plywood. Assembly of the shed required about 6 hours of pre-assembly such as installing the windows into the side panels. Honestly, I did that part in my living room with the T.V. turned on in the background. Then final assembly took another 5 or 6 hours working with another person. The engineering and construction is impressive but, you need to do all assembly by hand and be very careful not to over tighten the screws. Some people have complained about the seals that go into the window frames. As long as you lay them in without stretching the material, I had no problems. Also, the first corner assembly is critical. If it is not together correctly, the rest of the panels will be impossible to complete. I had to trim excess plastic from the first floor panel so that the wall panel would slide into the notch correctly. Roof assembly required a little juggling into place but, overall the assembly was pretty clearly represented in the illustrated instructions. It looks very nice when completed - one of the few recognized by my H.O.A. If it holds up over time I will be extremely happy with this purchase.
This shed looks great and fully met all my expectations. Direction were relatively easy to follow and I was able to almost assemble the complete shed by myself. Needed a little help on the roof portion, but it was put together very easily.
Instructions are not very friendly
Very well designed product. Instructions were well written and clear to understand. Product went together very easily. Only one slight issue and that was a few screw holes did not line up correctly. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
One of the roof brackets was missing. I called Suncast and asked for the piece. They said it would take 7-10 days. 14 days later, still no piece. Also, the plastic walls don't fit together very well. Very disappointed.
