excellent product simple,poor instructins
Box was broken when pick-up at store. Contents ok (Pick-up desk associate was GREAT). Guide to put it up was OK, should recommend having help. Can do it alone with difficulty (DAH). Has worked well and seems to be a very good product. Also, can buy new canopy (cover only) from manufacture, which is a big reason I bought it.
This puts together like any other 10x20 tent I've ever encountered. No, you can't put it up easily by yourself. That's normal. The tarps are a good quality, and the frame is one of the larger pipe frames, not the flimsy thin ones. We have had it for a year with zero problems, and I expect this to continue to serve us well.
The product was what I expected but the shipping box was beat 'to death' and I was afraid the contents were also beat. But it was only scratched slightly (poles). It will do exactly what I need it to do, I'm quite sure.
