I love this thing. It was a gift from some family and since ive had it I have had no problems with my back cramping or anything. I would recommend this to anyone who has to do a lot of walking around and things like that. It puts my daughter right to sleep from the closeness and motion. Also, it isnt so complicated that you need a rocket science manual to figure it out. Simple, easy to use, comfortable and a very good deal for the price.
I bought this carrier about a week ago. I have 6 week old twins & already had 1 carrier, so I didn't want to spend lots on the double carrier. I didn't plan on using it too many time so I was looking for something inexpensive, but still nice. The Snugli is PERFECT!!! I got it for less than $20. I was able to use it right out of the box & after a long day at the zoo my back doesn't hurt! I'm going to get another one just like it for my husband to use because if it's really this easy to use every time we will definitely use them more!
This product is GREAT! My 5 week old baby loves to be carried around in it and I love being able to keep him close to me and get stuff done, too. It feels very sturdy and secure for him which was an issue with the Infantino that we tried. He cried the whole time in the infantio but as soon as we put him back in his Snugli he was happy. I am so glad that we got this one and not a more expensive one. I would definitely reccommend this one to my friends! Oh- and the straps are very comfortable for me and they do not make my back or neck hurt so that is also a big plus. :)
I bought this with my 1st daughter and have used it though 2 babies.. so far.. and soon to be 3 babies.. It is AWESOME! I love it .. its very supportive and helpful.. expecially with the more children you have it helps with getting things done. Definalty has stood the test of time and been used a lot! A Great product and very inexpensive. It is a bit hard sometimes to get a baby out of the holder but overall it works wonders..
I have had many carriers over the past few years so I have some expertise in this field! My fourth baby was born recently and I had given away my old carriers thinking we were done having kids. I wanted to get a new carrier but didn't want to spend a lot so after some research I settled on this one and all I can say is wow! It is like a bjorn but without the heavy pricetag! I can get the baby in and out easily and she is very secure. I love that you can adjust the head support and it is so easy to get her out, I can actually put her in her crib from the carrier without waking her up. Definitely a great product!
I have a bunch of things to do at once so having my hands free for a another task is what I was looking for.Baby is close to me and so are the other kids.
being pregnant with my 1st baby i wasnt sure what kinda of carrier i would need/want. this is the 2nd carrier that i bought. the 1st one was a little bit more expensive then this one and my baby just wouldnt like it. he would cry and cry. however, for this one he loves it! he would even fall asleep in it. also it's comfortable for me. the only problem im having with this carrier is all the straps. it's hard adjusting them by yourself. overall, it's a good carrier for the price.
I purchased this after my son was born while waiting for my wrap and sling to arrive. After putting my son in this, he hated it and looked so uncomfortable! When my other carriers finally arrived, I found that I liked the sling for the first 6 months and then loved the wraparound, which easily distributed my son's weight on both my shoulders but was also a lot more versatile than the snugli.
While this isn't a bad product, I can't say I'd recommend it unless your baby is quite light. My 13 lb son gets so heavy while in it, and it just kills my back. In addition, it isn't too easy getting a squirming baby into it. It wasn't expensive, but I wouldn't purchase it again.
I only tried it twice. I bought it for my sister in law. When I was visiting I thought it would help me watch the baby, but it put alot of strain on my shoulders. It felt like it kept tugging on my back. Maybe I did not have the straps tight enough or loose enough. My sister in law also stated that it tugged on her as well. You cant bend or squat or anythign in it. It really limits your mobility.
