Our 4.5 year old son wanted an electric guitar for Christmas, and this was a huge (and fairly inexpensive) hit. We even caught his uncle (a seasoned guitarist, age 36) playing with it after Christmas dinner. We're looking forward to figuring out what else it can do.
Inexpensive but terrific! My kids fight to use it! USB, audio out, and well thought out controls. It seems too much fun for the crazy low price. Buying another one!
Fun and easy to play! Just hook it up to your paper jams amp and you are an instant rock star!

We bought 2 of these for our boys for Christmas (ages 3 & 7). They had so much fun that my 9 year old daughter complained that she didn't get one, so we ordered this one for her. They love them. We love that you can put whatever music on them that you want. Though I do think that the song that came pre-loaded is inappropriate for kids (it was about fighting). No worries about the music, like I said, it's completely changeable.
Bought this for a grandchild and wound up giving it to my husband. It's a lot of fun and fantastic. Will have to buy more for the kids.

Product was exactly what I wanted for my child who loves to play the guitar. He's just learning so the value of the product was perfect. Great buy!
I don't know how true this is to a real guitar...I tried, and I don't think it lets you pick just one string at a time. I had to laugh when Grandpa started rocking out after it was opened. My kids love it. I think we got this one on a "roll back" price, and that was awesome, but I think it would have been worth the original $30...I have since seen that some different styles went up to $45...I don't know that I would pay that. We also bought an amp, because we thought you needed it...it is not necessary, just a perk I guess. It takes batteries, so you have to remember to turn the thing off.
