Very Durable material. I use it for my camp staff running the zip line in the summer heat, so It works perfectly. And the dimension I ordered were accurate.
This shade sail proved invaluable during last camping trip. Durable and did its job.
I have bought 2 of these for my backyard daycare area. I was surprised at how well made they are and how sturdy. It comes with all the required hardware and great installation instructions and a guarantee. You can't go wrong!! Although, I must admit, I did have to bring them back since they are a lot heavier than I thought and since I have a 2 story house, their attachments would have been too high to be convenient. One could simply buy anchor posts to fix this problem. Reimbursement was a breeze directly at the Walmart store, I was very impressed!!
The cords could be improved, I replaced them with SS cable

This is a great product and value. Comes with a good assortment of hardware. These were bought to replace and add to existing area . One of the originals wore thru the fabric (after 3 years) due to contact with hardware from rubbing. Be sure you have a plan layer out before you buy
I put the 12'x12' sail up on mounts that were about 16'x16'. I used heavy duty bungie straps, instead of the mounting hardware that came with the sail, to see how it would look. Turns out the bungie straps worked real well and pulled the sail real tight. I think I may leave it that way. I am really very happy with this product.
Excellent product. I live in Orlando, Florida. I originally purchased this sail 2 years ago to help cut down the heat. Our back yard has a lot of pavement and the summmer heat is to much for the plants and us. I now own a total of 5 sails in different colors. they hold up well. You can't go wrong. Thanks shelter logic!
Very good quality
Double check the size needed. Allow the extra space for the tension rods. I ordered a 12' x 12' which is the size of my deck. Should have ordered a 10' x 10'. When I went back to reorder the proper side none were available.
