Since Memphis State University was renamed, I was excited to be able to order a class ring that matched MY Diploma! Class of 76! The finished product was AWESOME.
first I couldn't find the ring because it was delivered by FedEx and it was just throwing on the porch not where I could see it that's an issue I didn't ask for a refund I told the guy that I found the ring so I don't know what else to do
Bought as a replacement for a lost class ring. Came out great.
Ordered 2 rings, they were supposed to ship 12/26/23. 12/24/23 they were listed as delayed. Contacted customer support through chat 1/3/24 to ask for an update, was cut off from the rep in chat intentionally. Filed a complaint against the chat representative and my order was canceled due to a "system error" less than 24 hours later. Called in to speak to a representative and was transferred immediately. The person I spoke with is a "tier 2 CS rep" and could only state it was a "system error". I asked for a supervisor and after 18 minutes holding I was told to call the 1800 Walmart number to speak to a tier 1 CS rep and voice a complaint there. My only option is to reorder the ring and wait an additional 6 weeks to give my kids their senior rings. A supervisor just got on the line, refused to provide identification beyond his first name and department. He stated in the entire company of Walmart he is the only person with his name, although unique it isn't rare.
i ordered 1 ring they sent me 2 and charged me for 3! The 2nd ring was way wrong but that didn't matter I didn't want or need it. but refused to refund my money. saying they only saw 2 orders and the 2nd ring was canceled so I wasn't charged. even though my credit card statement shows clearly i was.
This item is already becoming discolored and is turning my husbands finger green. Don't bother with buying it.
Bought for our son as a senior gift. He wore it for the first time to senior pictures and the stone came out. Contacted customer service to learn there is likely no way to have it fixed without paying more. We also did not receive the keychain that was mentioned in the listing information and pictured.
So cheaply done. Nothing like i expected. The stone is plastic and it raddles when you shake the ring. It is held on my four plastic prongs on the bottom. I ordered the blue stone but it looks black on your finger. I am so deeply disappointed and embarrassed that i ordered this for my sons senior ring. It is like the rings you get out of the bubble gum machine at a grocery store for 25 cents. The engravings on the sides were good but its honestly a piece of crap.
If I could give this negative starts I would. I purchased this class ring for my son as a Christmas present and by the end of January the prongs were breaking off and he can not wear it. Don't waste your money
this was very disappointing to me this was sub posted to be a Christmas gift to my husband which my husband never got a class ring when he was young when i got the class ring it was not made right the logo was not right on the side and the stone was not blue it was black the the school letters on top was up side down i will never order from this site again
