Very happy with the purchase. Saved over $400 compared with other stores that carry this spa (such as Sears). Up and running for two weeks. Keeps temperature at 102 degrees, easy to use, just the right size for two people. No complaints.
We just installed the spa this weekend, and have used it twice. We're very impressed with the quality, design and ease of installation. A great product.
We were pleased that the spa arrived when they said it would, although since we live on a bit of a hill, we had to make arrangements for delivery by a vehicle other than a semi that's 24 feet long.... no room to turn around at the top of our hill. But once we arranged that, everything went very smoothly! Spa into position on our deck, filled with water and plugged in, we've been very pleased! This is our second tub, and the first one lasted some 18 years, so we're hoping this one might be similar. And this one cost less than the first one! One feature that surprised me was the two jets at one of the seats that target your hands/wrists! Since I type all day long, this was wonderful! And our spa guy (who delivered and set up) said the technical works are those he rates the highest, so hurray! We have yet to get our first electric bill since buying, but we're hopeful it won't be any worse than the last spa. And the steps are a nice added bonus!
We bought this tub for my husband and I. It's the perfect size and we think it's a great value for the money!! 3 men carried it from the driveway to our back patio. It was shipped to us even more quickly than they originally quoted! It looks like an expensive tub from the outside and you'd never know otherwise. I bought this tub based on other's reviews and I LOVE it, too! The color of the shell is OK - nothing overly fancy, but to us it doesn't matter. The tub is easy to use & the cover is easy to take on and off. This is our first hot tub and it didn't disappoint! I believe the tub has about 12 jets. It's enough for us. I love the seat with the jets for your hands! There are 2 deeps seats with jets for your back. The 3rd seat is in between those 2 seats and while there are no jets in that seat, it's great if you get too hot and want sit just chest deep. It's summer in PA and I still love going in the hot tub at 104 degrees. I highly recommend the tub! The price is great, too!!
My husband and I love this hot tub. They deliverd it, we set it on the new deck my husband built, filled it up, plugged it in and away we went. The ease of this model is the best. It looks beautiful. A friend came over and he has a 8 person tub and is thinking about tradeing his in and getting one of these. My husband loves the fact that it is friction heated and didn't raise our electric bill but about $20.00 a month.
I bought this tub about six months ago. I thought my wife and I would use it a few times a month. We use it 2 to 3 times a week. It was delivered on time they had a ramp on the back of a truck and wheeled into my garage. I had three friends help me put it in place, due to squeezing it thru a 3 foot door and onto the screen porch. It took about 45 minutes to fill with the garden hose and we started it up. Make sure to read the chemical start up portion. I went to a local spa and they did a water test for me and gave me instructions on how to and when to treat the water. Even as much as we use it our chemicals will cost about $200 a year. I figure it is between 10 and 20 a month for electricity, Iowa weather. The number of jets and the ability to change the flow of them is great. Even with it positioned on our screen porch next to the house we barley notice when it is running to warm up or cycle. After looking at different tubs for a year this was by far the best deal. You always hesitate when something is cheaper but this has proven so far to be fantastic.
This spa is wonderful for the two of us. We are using it daily, as weather permits. There was a cold snap and the company was very helpful with their tech instructions on setting it on "standby" for a few days. The insulation is very good and it was easy to set up, however, if we had not had a young friend to help move it, it may still be in the garage, which is as far as they would deliver it.
Our hot tub was delivered in December. We consider it one of the best purchases we have ever made! Through Sams Club it was $700 cheaper than Sears AND included the steps which the one at Sears did not. We were also pleasantly surprised at the high quality of the entire piece. We would most definately recommend this hot tub!!
I purchased this spa and it arrived in mid October...I loved it, perfect in size, features, and price. THEN, it started to leak, and after 5 broken promises over the next 7 weeks by the manufacturer to remedy the problem, I returned the spa to Sam's. I am going to accept a replacement, but if it leaks also, it is going back.
Bought the spa based on reviews Immediately, had problems with leaks when brought to site Maintenance called and challenging to set up convenient time but fixed Within year warranty, the tub would not shut off at pre-determined temperature. Maintenance contacted, could not fix. Manufacturer contacted but would not fix or honor problems Also, with 110v line, the heating is by impellar and jets so spa always running to keep warm with sound of jets vs separate heater unit (see below) Much better to get model with 220v line, which is much more efficient, and allows separate heating unit Fortunately, I was able to contact Sams Club. They were helpful in contact manufacturer, and when could not be fixed to my satisfaction, arranged to take it back. I was so impressed that I bought another brand spa from Sam's Club that had 220v line 50amp, which would allow for separate heating and jets. Much more efficient.
