It works fantastic. More time now to enjoy pool. I use it on a 16 X 48 above ground Intex pool. picks up everything. pine needles,sand and other.
I will admit, I was VERY SKEPTICAL ABOUT PURCHASING THIS PRODUCT, I thought it looked cheap and that it wasn't going to work very well AND I HAD EVERY INTENTION ON TAKING IT BACK TO THE STORE THE NEXT DAY (Sun 4-29-12#. I came home, put the batteries in, put it together, and went to the pool.#now I have an above ground 22' x 52" and its been up for 3 weeks and the first week was spent filling it up, the next week we went on vacation so needless to say the bottom of my pool was a complete mess as I have lots of trees around# I CAN NOT BELIEVE HOW WELL THIS LITTLE CHEAP VACUUM WORKED!!!! #I won't be returning it# Now my only complaint is that the net is kinda small so I had to empty it quite alot #BUT ONLY BECAUSE MY BOTTOM WAS IN SUCH A MESS# I AM VERY VERY VERY PLEASED WITH THIS PRODUCT!!!!!! *****PLEASE NOTE IN THE STORE THEY ARE ONLY $50.00 #at least in my store# BUT ONLINE THEY ARE $59.99*****
I have a 15 ft intex pool and it works wonderfully. It gets everything up way better than the vacuum with a hose. I would definitely recommend. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
I bought this a month ago and I am very please with the performance. The only negative I have is walmart needs to include the pole with the water vac. Other than that it is great!
little vacuum cleaner for small pool. affordable and convenient! only downfall is that its can take some time to pass around and filter get filled quite quickly so you have to stop often to empty and wash filter. but its ok by be so long as it cleans well which it does! I use it on a intex steel frame pool 10 X30 and Im happy.
I have a 15' x 42" pool and this vacuum was a life-saver. The vacuum that came with the pool kit didn't work at all and the hose was too short. This little vacuum works great and picks up all the dirt, bugs, leaves, etc. My telescopic pole from the skimmer did not fit on the vacuum's end but I was able to just get in the pool and use it by hand. I've been taking really good care of it after each use, in that I take the batteries out, clean the filter and let each piece dry off so nothing gets a chance to rust. I love this vacuum and it was quite a value compared to the other vacuums I looked at.
I ordered this product on the advise of a friend. I found it easy to use and it really works well. I use it daily for my above ground pool. The Aqua Broom makes cleaning the pool easy.
For the price this is a good vacuum. Little heavy to hold , but I always go back to price and not bad for price. Hard to turn on, twist to turn on and off. There is no on/off switch. The suction works really well and cleans my jacuzzi in no time. Would not do well in a deep, large pool though, I imagine that it would take a long time and as I have said the weight of holding it for long periods would be very difficult.
The only thing I hated about this is that it doesnt pick up the big leaves and the turn on/off switch.
I bought it to try it, I tried it the first time with some Walmart cheap batteries and it did not last long. In fact it did not do the job it states as a vacuum. Then I went back and bought energizer batteries and still did not pick up a lot of the debris. It picked up some of the leaves but not dirt. You have to be cleaning it frequently and the dirt, just spreads all over the pool. I gave it a second chance and I am not pleased. I will return this product after using it two times. Will see how it goes.
