Easy to set up once we managed to get it into place on the back patio. Took about a day and a half to heat up to the initial temperature of 102 degrees. We have had a few cold days here in Oklahoma since purchasing the hot tub and it has kept its heat well. Easy to use the controls and the cover secures nicely as it snaps into place. The hot tub seems very durable. The jets are powerful, even more than I expected since it is a plug and play. I had a 750 gallon hot tub in the past, and this tub is comparable in overall performance. Great purchase.
