Bought this because I did not want to spend thousands of dollars to install a standing tub and taking room up on my property. Wanted something l can take down and put away. It is very sturdy and big enough for two people, although it says it will fit six, which might be crowding. Big enough for just my husband and I. It fit right on my deck nicely. Easy set up. Unfortunately we had to get a new pump because there was a problem with the one that came with it. Waiting for the replacement, can't wait to use it!
This is our second one now!! So easy to set up %26 enjoy. Great Product. Dont spend $5000 on a hot tub get one you can take with you on vacation,

amazing hot tub, this is my second one. gave my first one to my neighbors since they loved it. the only thing I would say is no chemical float cane with this hot tub but the ad says its in the package so I guess Ill have to get one myself. that was my only disappointment.
Easy set up. Read other people had problems with an error code e-2. It's the filter
60 year female- set up by myself. Ready to get in within 24 hours. Bubble jets impressive. Directions not clear but lots of videos on line.
Best $500 I ever spent. Almost didn't purchase bc some reviews had negative comments. But thank goodness I took a chance on this product. So here goes.... 5 stars perfect rating for this inflatable hot tub!!! It states 2 weeks for shipping but we received it in 4 days. My teens had it completely setup in no time. The next day I got in after work and it was 104 degrees. So 24 hours it already reached the 24 degrees max temperature. So 104 is apparently a little too hot for me so I had to get out. We turned it down to 97 degrees. Later that night I had friends over and us 3 fit comfortably. I think 4 will also be very comfortable. Not sure how many more though. But if it was any bigger it wouldn't fit on my deck. It's perfect size I think. The jets blow hard, much stronger than I imagined. The bottom is padded so it's very comfortable to sit and relax. We enjoyed it so much and I'm so happy I decided to take a chance. I do not have anything negative I could possibly say. When I was done the inflatable lid goes on so easy to keep it clean and warm. You can't go wrong with this purchase.
The straps holding down the cover will rot in the sun within a year. This is a safety concern
It doesn't seem to filter very . After 2 uses and maintenance chemicals is started to turn green. It takes forever to heat up so changing water is a complete pain . As it takes up to 30 hours to get it to 100 degrees!
The air continues to leak out very fast. Every day I'm having to pump it back up
