I bought this hottub about 2 weeks ago and was able to get it set up and running in about 1 - 1 1/2 hours. The directions were a little tough to decipher so I watched a youtube video and that helped tremendously. I am moslty happy with the product so far with my only complaint being no seats of any kind. The air bubble do gradually cool the water down after a while. We stay in it for roughly 30-45 minutes and it'll cool down to about 98 in that time with the jets running. Overall I would recommend this to anybody looking for an inexpensive way to own a hottub in there backyard.
We love our intex spa. Best purchase ever. We have ours indoors. It comes with everything but chemicals and extra filters. Our only complaint is when we turn the jets on the jacuzzi looses like 2 degeree of heat. Every single time. You definitely need to invest in filters. For the price it was the best purchase of the year. This model/brand was also the best customer rated 👌. It is deeper than most jacuzzis at 28 inches. We have used it almost everyday. It truly is only about a 20 minutes set up time. The filling and getting up to temperature took about 18 hours.
Bigger than the normal size one takes a little bit longer to heat up but way worth it high-quality extremely good
This has been a wonderful purchase! Only had one issue with the headrests. The ones that came with it were not the ones pictured. Seller had difficulty finding the correct ones but then gave me a credit to buy them myself. Don't underestimate the quality and durability of this inflatable. Comes with 2 very nice covers. Someone needs to make a cover holder/frame for this type.
the tube is great but when our topper had a hole in it. these tubes come with an inflatable topper that goes on under the cover, but when i went to remove the cover the first time we used it after the temp got to 104, so I thought that I may have not put the plug in correctly and that was why it leaked so I aired it back up again, and again when we removed the cover it was deflated again. i checked the plug and it was closed so i tried to find the leak but that was difficult. I was going to call support to have it replaced but they wanted to send me the entire thing, I didnt want to do that because these things are so heavy when in the box and I didnt feel like dealing with trying to get a new one delivered and then trying to just remove the topper and then pack it all back up and send it back so I just put the cover on it without the topper. I guess I am going to have to purchase a new topper.
We bought the Intex PureSpa 6 person online, was looking forward to using it. It looked nice, easy to set up but unfortunately the heater didn't work. We were really very disappointed, we called the customer service number %26 told us what to do. We tried it and still didn't work. We called Walmart and was told to bring the product to them and they will ship it back and according to the return policy we should get a refund 3 weeks after it's been shipped. Hopefully we get our refund of $765.00 with no problem.
The hot tub was easy to set up. The cover had a whole in it straight out of the box. Make sure and check all areas of each piece before you fill it up and can't return it. I'll be contacting Walmart for a replacement tip. Or if the company sees this post…please let me know what to do in order to get a replacement for the top cover only.
I am so tired of this e90 alarm it's ridiculous. Go out to use it and it's 66 degrees bc this alarm kills the heat. If I could get a refund I definitely would
The pump arrived cracked
It arrived damaged and they would not offer me any partial refund or replacement. I had to patch the side wall where the box was torn open and then Walmart said I could not return it because it was “altered”. Save your time and hard earned money.
