[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always wanted a hot tub, but let's be honest they're expensive and a lot of work. This Spa is amazing, I have no words. I thought it would be just a nice fun thing, but I am waking up and drinking my coffee in this thing, I'm obsessed to say the least. I will say, if you're tall like my husband and I it's probably best for just two people unless you want to be touching legs. It takes about a day- two days to heat up, but once it is, it's incredible. The jets are fantastic and powerful and it comes with a cover for if it rains or in our case snows. Highly recommend.
Arrived fast from Walmart delivery. Box in good shape. All parts present. Took about half hour to set up but we had watched videos and that really helped. Took about 24 hours to heat but grandson kept getting in before fully heated. Will not seat 6 adults but 3 comfortably. So far so good. No leaking and spa walls are sturdy. Bubbles are strong. I keep temperature on 99f and heat up to 102-104 takes about 3 hrs. I have only had several days now so am learning best way with temperature settings. It is July and hot and spa is on covered porch. I keep filter going constantly. Water staying good but am ready to buy shock. I am using bromine tablets.

This is what I thought it should be a 500 dollar spa it does the trick after 12 hours of nursing and didn't cost me 7000 to 10000 dollars
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I live in central florida so it doesn't get cold frequently. However, I did notice that the pump/heater struggles to keep the water fully hot if it sold down into the 50s. I also don't like the fact that the pump is not waterproof, being that it rains frequently in florida. Other than those two drawbacks this hot tub is amazing! I got the six person one, and honestly not sure I would want more than three people in there. For just a couple people though, it's very relaxing! I love that it has bubbles. I do wish that somehow there could be bubbles added at the midline to be able to massage your back though. The cover is such a nice bonus! It's heavy and has double buckles, so I don't have to worry about my young kids getting in it. So far maintenance has been a breeze. I would recommend this hot tub for a relaxing night!
My husband and I were pleasantly surprised with our hot tub....until the pump stopped working a year later!!! Thank goodness we purchased the protection plan. We are currently waiting for our new or refurbished pump. However, I was informed that our protection plan is complete now...meaning if this new pump goes, we are out of luck, even though it was a 3 year coverage term. I don't agree with this at all!!! I guess I shouldn't be too upset considering we spent under $700 for a hot tub...but I was hoping we would get more than a year out of it. I would not recommend this product because of this.
I had to return it. It leaked and I tried to find the leak. It was very hard to deflate, and I could'nt get it back in the one box , so it took two.
This is our third summer with this hot tub..gone through two pumps. Now have to order a third pump. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! Bestway/ Coleman DO NOT CARE!! Junk!! We are caught, they know it, have to get another pump or junk the whole thing. Read the reviews people before you buy! Junk junk junk!
