East to set up, 4 person is perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids. Love having a portable hot tub. We will have it up all year. Easy instructions, quality made. As long as you use the right chemicals to treat it and measure the ph levels its good to go. Takes 2 days to heat all the way for the first time and then maintains itself after that. The cover is really nice. Highly recommended, one happy family right here.
This has been such a good purchase so far. I debated whether or not to buy and I'm so glad I did! they've made it so easy to own a spa without the commitment of hard sided ones. I bought Ozark 6x6 pop up tent to protect this from to much sun which bubbles up the sides. So glad I bought!
Setting up is easy, the instructions are sketchy though. It helped that we had a general idea of how to put it together. The remote is a great feature. The hot tub is sitting just outside of my bedroom window, and I can check the temperature of the water and control it as needed before I get out of bed. It's become a habit to hit the hot tub with my first morning cup of coffee. Also, my concern when we got it was how comfortable it would be. I was really surprised with the padding on the bottom. It's really nice, especially for the money
I was a little spectical about its not bad at all. After long working graveyard hours a nice relaxing spa definitely hits the spot. the jets are very calming for your back and the bubbles are amazing. I would suggest no more than 2 people so you can actually move and enjoy it.

It would be nice to have “changing the filter” instructions. Chlorine tablets from store too big so I broke it into smaller pieces with a hammer. Loving it! The whole family loves it! Especially with quarantine!! A detachable little table for cups on the side would be awesome! Wish there were lights inside for fun. Love the remote control feature.
Love, love, love this! Easy to set up, water warms up in less than 24 hours, bubbles are great. Worth every penny!
We love this, super happy we decided to buy. Although we havent gotten our electric bill yet. So far set up was easy, no issues. Its about 45-50 degrees here- my daughter and I sat in the hot tub for about 1.5 hours at 5pm. My husband and I went to sit in it at 8pm and it was down to 97 (set at 104) it doesnt seem to be able to catch up after being open/used quickly so we can really only use it once at the warmest temp.
I was so excited to purchase this inflatable hot tub for my family but turned into disappointment fast! The hot tub set up was easy and we were filling up the hot tub with water and it was bubbling in the lining of the hot tub wall. There was a hole in the hot tub. We had to drain it, call Walmart for a replacement. We received the replacement and set up and filled it and waited for it to heat up. Finally ready to use and my son used it after football and it was amazing! Only a day or 2 later the hot tub started to distort and blow up on the top lining and started to bubbling and eventually caused a hole. So bummed out! Me and my husband didn't even get to use it yet! Now for the second time I need to repackage and send back to Walmart for refund. So upsetting! We were really looking forward to hot tub, now no hot tub! On the upside Walmart customer service was very helpful and understood my concerns. I am so disappointed that this product did not hold up to its standards. Very upset!
After only 2 months of minimal use, we discovered the plug end of the filter/heater/pump over heated and melted. Contacted Walmart who couldn't/wouldn't help and had me contact the supplier. It's been several weeks and I haven't received a response yet. I purchased when the spa was $400 and likely won't see a refund or replacement. DEFINITELY do not purchase at current asking prices. DANGEROUS
