I love this spa. I was able to set up myself and maintain it. I had a question about a display which the Canadian Spa Company service rep answered quickly and precisely.
Heats up to 105, love it!!!
Easy to install and great value. Also Customer service is awesome. Buy with confidence.
So far we are very happy with this pay. For the price it is excellent quality and we get a lot of enjoyment out of it. As of late though we have noticed material on the inside near the top of the spa is starting to change its texture and look a little faded. We haven't had it very long, only four months. Not sure if this is anything to be concerned about but hopefully not. I have heard the customer service is good so hopefully if we have any problems Canadian Spa will resolve them. Wondering if the warm summer temperature with the upgraded cover we have could be causing this? (Too much heat?don't know...) A great spa for the price thus far.
We received the Swift Current Portable Spa approximately two weeks go and have been in it every day, sometimes twice a day, since! My husband suffers from back problems and this is a god send. The cover is so lightweight that the kids can take it off and put it on if needed, although that could be a downfall with our winters here in Nova Scotia as it may be too light weight for 3 feet of snow without constantly cleaning it off. This spa reaches high temps like any other big spa, and the jets are fantastic, nice and strong! The set up on this spa was so quick and easy! It took us less than half an hour to set up one evening, and we were in it the next morning. I highly recommend this spa to anyone, weather it be for home or cottage! We build our deck around it and look forward to the years it will provide! The staff at Canadian Spa Company are phenomenal and go above and beyond! Thank you Nigel and Troy!
The wife and i have owned full sized hot tubs over the years so were skeptical to purchase this portable unit. But after a few weeks were very happy with the Swift Current tub.
We bought this last month, delivery was confirmed and showed up the day we expected. Very easy to put together, it only took 45 minutes with 2 of us from start to finish. It doesn't get quite as hot as we expected, but still hot enough to relax in and enjoy. We will definitely invest in the better quality cover for the winter to help retain the heat and help with hydro costs. Overall a great product for the price.
I bought this on sale for $1000 so we could try out a hot tub without a big investment, and I'm so glad I did! One month in, everything is working as it should. The foam keeps the temperature at 85 degrees once it heats up, which is the temp I like. Love the plug and play - no need for special electrical. Some things to consider - works best for tall people, as there is no step inside the pool to help you get out. The instruction manual we got was incorrect, as the inner pad is now built in, not a separate piece. Be sure to buy good quality pool chemicals. Watch the You-Tube video on how to set it up.
Bought this a month ago, use it about 3 times a week. Easy to assemble, operate and maintain. Very warm, soothing and relaxing. No water jets, only air jets that likely cool the water down quickly. Comes with inflatable cover, however for a true Canadian all season spa this needs a proper cover that can hold up against rain and snow while insulating. I believe one is going to be available soon. Looking forward to it.
great plug and play, easy to set up. loses heat quickly tho so im not sure how it will do in the Canadian winter. Going to buy a better top and see if it can take the cold
