Works fantastic easy assembly
This little smoker gets the job done, I smoked every thing corn on the cob, ribs, tri tip, chicken, and country style ribs, all came out BOMB, not allot of room but for me and my wife its perfect starter smoker, putting it together for the first time is a pain but not bad, looking for a starter smoker give it a try.
Have had my smoker for about 5 years, still going strong!

Putting this together was smooth until I had to install the door Latch. I tried for 1 hour to get the Door Latch to work Properly but does not. When closing door and turning handle it will not latch on and lock! Will call company and see if they will send me extra parts as this must be defective, in mean time I had Chicken wings all rubbed up and ready to smoke So Had to use a Block to keep door locked. Yes a Block until I call company up and hopefully get a new latch. 2 1/2 hours later My chicken wing were smoked to perfection. I think this unit is cheap and parts are not of best quality but for the price it Smoked to perfection. I wanted to bring back but had just about all put together and Manual says to call for parts and not return so will try that.
Inadequate packaging. Heavy box of parts inside of cabinet broke one of the shelf supports and bent one shelf in half almost to breaking. Box was obviously dropped upside down during shipping or storage. No markings on shipping box to show which end is to be up. Pick up the smoker at the store and be sure to open it and check it out before leaving Walmart.
We purchased this on a Saturday. Was here by Monday. Put it together that night. The side supports were broke. Cheap welds. Cheap racks. Mu hisband welded the broken piece. Used it 2 days later and I have $100 worth of meat in it. Half way through the cooking the door handle completly broke off. Had to use a block to close the door. Used their website to upload pictures and it crashes out. So I googled the customer service number. Called it and it tells you to use their website. Returning and going to purchase another brand. Buyer beware.
Produced arrived dented & broken. After closer inspection I realized grates inside smoker were so flimsy I can understand now why they broke in transit, because they are cheap. I returned the product and purchased a similar smoker from Home Depot which they had in stock and I took it home immediately.
Don't buy this smoker!!!!!!had it about 4 mos. put in about 4 lbs of sliced pork tenderloins,cranked it up and ran it 2225 degrees on low to medium heat,after about 40 mins opened up the door and the paint on the inside of the was bubbling and peeling off,had to throw the pork away,this unit is a health risk
