So far so good.
used it for the first time to make ribs. The ribs came out very good for a first time smoker.. I think it is made very well and looks like it will last a long time. Looking forward to becoming an expert smoker. LOL I like that it is pretty light so moving it around is easy.

It was a gift for my fiancé, but he has used it once so far and loves it already. It's easy to use and he loves that it has a window. He also loves the remote control feature. Jet actually beat out everyone in price, too. The unit was a little scuffed up in a few areas (no dents), which would be my only complaint, but it was fine. It's not meant to be on display. It also arrived a day early. I would buy from Jet again. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]
Smoker works great above 200 degrees. It is almost impossible to create smoke at lower temperatures while the unit is in the sun on the deck. The electric burner does what it is supposed to do and shuts off when the box is up to temp. There is a cold smoking device add on that I may have to purchase in the future.
I just assembled my smoker. The door latch will not close and seal. Big disappointment. I bought it to use for Christmas. No smoked meat for Christmas. Oh well!!!
nice but the remote read out display is defective. Also I bought it and then the price dropped right after I bought it from Jet.
