Great little smoker, I purchased the propane smoker for obvious reasons, I seasoned the smoker, then smoked baby back ribs on 4th of July 2019 using the 3-2-1, I got nothing but compliments and thank you so much for awesome ribs. My only complaint is the smoking pan for wood, and drip pan should be larger I'm going to add tinfoil with soaked wood between refilling the small smoker pan next time to keep the smoke steady without refilling the small smoker pan so often.
I have the beautiful masterbuilt smoker for camping. Everything from the garlic herb pork tenderloins to the mixed vegetables were absolutely delicious. And don't even get me started with the smoked breakfast casserole. out of this world. This smoker and my acorn jr, boi my camp site was was better then any bbq restaurant you have ever been to . Excellent purchase. We had the big electric smoker but it needed a dedicated outlet so we opted for this and it's perfect. Great size and no outlet needed. We use both the small propane bottle and we bought a hose attachment for the 20lb propane tank for longer smoking items. The hose was under $10. Very pleased with this purchase at a great sale price.

Got it to take with me in my camper smoke chicken for the first time yesterday and it came out great very happy with product
The smoker is simply one of the best units I have ever bought. The first meal we cooked was some chicken with hickory chips and the second meal was pork chops. I was simply amazed how fast the smoker worked for me. I went back a couple days later and bought another one!
As we were on Mexico I took the Smoker with us and it worked great. Out the ribs on and went out pre running and was gone for about 5 hours and the ribs were done when we returned
Took this with us on our recent camping trip and thought it performed admirably. For a 6 hour pork shoulder smoke, I only had to change out a 1lb propane tank once. We had really good weather so wind was not a factor but, temperatures were easy to maintain for the entire cook. The only mild complaint is the size of the wood chip box. I had to refill it a couple times but, luckily, this smoker gets back up to temperature very quick. All things considered, for a device that lets me make pulled pork deep in the Allegheny forest, I can't be mad at it. Would definitely recommend.
Compact but adequate for the job. Does a wonderful job. Only reason it didn't get 5 stars is that it wouldn't go less than 225 degrees. I do want to check the temp with another thermometer though.
