Most solar lights do not give off a lot of light. These give off plenty of light to find your way (not enough to read by, but enough for excellent path lighting). I mounted one about shoulder height to illuminate 3 steps up to house, and it works great. I have 3 others about 10 ft apart and it is plenty to light up walkway and clearly see both edges of the walkway.
This is a very well made light fixture, however, it was not bright enough to light up my drivewway...
i installed these on fence post between my gate just enough light at night
I would have purchased 12 of these IF it had a photo cell to turn it on at night and off in the daytime.
Does not give enough light for anything and when I need it the most {4:30am}. It is off. It doesn't keep charge long enough.
TOO SMALL. I RETURNED THEM.
