I have a rustic theme on my outdoor patio and love solar lighting and lanterns. The San Rafael II Solar Mission Lantern (15") - Antique Bronze is the perfect size for the center of my hightop table. It doesn't give off a lot of light but it looks good and provides just enough on the top of the table.The candle provides an orange color. One thing I love collecting is hanging outdoor lanterns. I like to hang them on the front porch, back porch and I even take some when we camp to hang from the Easy up. I was unaware of the San Rafael Brand, so when I opened the Solar Mission Lantern in Antique Bronze, I was excited to see how cute it is. It's extremely light weight. The instructions are straight to the point and easy to understand. One thing that really stands out on the lantern are the "raindrops" etched into the side panels. It's absolutely adorable. I've had these going for about 3 weeks now and they're great. It gives off a soft yellowish light which is perfect for what I was going. Over all I am very pleased.
This San Rafael II Solar Mission Lantern is amazing. It's nice sized, but very lightweight. I love the antique bronze color too. The light isn't overly bright either. It adds a little bit of class to any outdoor space. You simply let the sun do the work during the day and you get beautiful lighting at night. It would be a great centerpiece on your patio table surrounded by ivy or flowers. Definitely gives character to any outdoor space. No wiring, no plugging in-just solar charging. Love it! I followed the instructions and left it under the sun for a couple of days then turned it on and it worked. I'd never used a solar lantern like this before so it was nice to get it. I love the bronze color and we're currently renovating the backyard so the lantern fits the decor we're going with. Ordered 4 to replace the 4 That I ordered 4 years ago. The previous 4 still work with replacement batteries but I put the old ones in the back yard and the new ones in the front yard. All hang from tall Shepard hooks to define pathways. Love these lanterns.

The San Rafael II Solar Mission Lantern (15") - Antique Bronze When I first opened up the box it looked like a really attractive lantern. I love the bubble drop look on the glass like plastic and the antique bronze is eye catching. The lantern was definitely a lot lighter than it looks. I put it out to charge in the sun all day long. Once I turned it on I had mixed feelings. I did like the warm orange look, but thought it was way to dark to really light up an area unless you had quite a few of them. For low light and for a nice warm glow, these would be great. If you are looking to rely on having a really lit path, these might not be the lantern for you. I also wasn't a fan of how weightless it is. I think it needs to be a bit more weighted on the bottom or these would definitely be blown away in a swift wind. I thought that the price was a bit high, but it is a nice decent solar lantern. I was given this product from Viewpoints in return for my honest review.
