I bought this for a dual purpose.The first was to use this to blow off the snow on my cars with the high velocity this will make it a breeze. The second was to use as it was meant to be used as. I did try the mulcher and it worked great, I think my only concern would be the plastic fan. But we shall see.
Excellent Product : WORX Great ,I use it allot for Leaves and Vacuum them up into mulch leaves for my Plants and shrubs to help protect the roots in winter, The hard plastic blade is as strong as metal , I have vacuumed up leaves that at times had these tree little nuts mixed in not knowing and never chipped or hurt the blade. Does a great job so glad that I bought this, I will buy again if needed.
I bought several for family members and myself. I do not ususally purchase this kind of stuff but I have been wanting one and after reading about it I got excited. I am glad I purchased this for myself and different family members. I love it and it truly makes my yard work so much easier.
I love using this!! I was able to clean up my yard and mulch so many leaves...it really does turn 10 bags of leaves into 1 bag of mulch ! I mulched my trees and pt alot into compost..

sick of dealing with 2 cycle engine problems I was reluctant to try an electric blower because of anxiety over poor performance. This is a great blower, performed excellently over a big yard with lots of leaves. I ran it for over 2 hours with no overheating or loss of performance. Only wish it had a bigger blow tube.
My 40+ year old son used this product (with the leaf collection system) and was amazed by its performance! Small twigs, acorns and leaves, of course, were sucked in, mulched and flawlessly delivered to the garbage bag in the can. Highly recommended!
I bought this basically to keep our sidewalks and porch clean. I do sweep but it does take more time than I usually have.. this was super quick and worked well. My husband was upset that I bought it because he felt I should be using his gas model.. .. Gotta say, I'm not a whimp but his is heavy, bulky, really really loud and smells. This was simple.. plug it in, sweep it around and hang it back up. I will update review again if my opinion changes.
The main reason I bought this unit was that I wanted a leaf mulcher more so then a blower or vacuum. Sucks dry and wet leaves very well, but if you try to many wet ones at a time they'll clog the vac tube. Mulch okay when wet but not near as well when dry. Let the morning dew dry up and you'll be good to go. The weight is a very easy 8 lbs to carry as it is well balanced. My only indifference to this model is the mulcher blade is plastic instead of metal. If I was to buy again it would be a metal blade or no purchase at all. Spend the few extra bucks its still a bargain.
I just bought this WORX blower/vac to replace my 15+ year old Toro. I was afraid that I would not be happy with anything else. I was wrong This was way cheaper than anything I was looking at and matches the power of any other one that I was looking at. Very happy with my purchase.
