We use this little guy camping, boating and even tailgating. It says it will run 8-10 hours in a tank of gas at half capacity and it will go a little longer than that. It will charge everyone's electronic devices and even inflate all the beds. It's pretty quiet for what it does so that's a plus. It does come with oil that you have to put in before you can run it. My only issue with it is that it doesn't have wheels. It's not lightweight so wheels would have been nice. Otherwise, it's all thumbs up for me.

The generator comes in a box and is easy to unpack and get working fairly quickly. There are well written instructions for getting it set up for your first use. We were thrilled to get this product t Since we often lose power in the winter or during bad storms. This will be able to assist us in getting some electricity in our times of need. It is not as heavy as some generators out there and I am glad for that. It runs great and we plugged in a few items to give it a good test and they all worked wonderfully!
This generator was easy to set up and break down. My husband has pd but had no problems. Great for tools and outside use. Fortune no power outages yet but fingers crossed. I think this baby will do the job!
We're thrilled with this generator. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to operate, and it gives us peace of mind in case of a power outage. Great quality, and easy to use. It's not ungodly heavy, so even I can wrestle with it if I have to move it! Looking forward to being able to run our freezer and fridge in case we lose power. Another great use I can see is being able to operate electrical tools when the need arises and we're too far from the house to reach an outside outlet. Very happy with the quality of the generator. Appears it'll last quite a long time.
I live in FL and with hurricane season here I seen this generator and thought it would be a good deal. Generator runs quiet like compared to most that I've heard. A power tool was used to test it out, good for that maybe able to hook up at least one refrigerator not sure for how long. This generator is good for camping or fishing and can be kept around for emergency use. If your going to have it sit around too long it would be best to drain it of gas and any other fluids you put into it to prolong the life of the generator. Starts up real easy, didn't give us any problems.
This generator works great! Whole we haven't had to actually use it fully yet. We did try it out and it worked very well. It's very sturdy and does the job we need it to!
It's such a relief to have a generator at home now, with PG&E shut downs and who knows what else. This is a very well built generator. It's heavy but once the wheels are on it, then it's fine. Tested it and it easily ran a very large freezer in my garage. Comes with the oil that is needed and the instructions on how to start it was easy. I'm very happy with this generator!

The BLACKMAX 2000W Digital Inverter Generator is a compact generator useful for select appliances, home or at the jobsite. It is gas powered so it absolutely should not be used indoors as instructed. What I like about this is, regarding carbon monoxide poisoning, is that it has a carbon monoxide sensor which has an LED that will flash red and the generator, as a result, will shut off. It is a good safety feature, but should not be relied on, as in one should not use it indoors because of the feature. The manual actually recommends using a separate CO detector. Regarding the design and features of the generator, I like where the engine oil cap is kept. It is sealed behind a grill that can be taken off by turning a knob and has an oil-drain trough underneath it, too. The generator weighs 51 pounds and has a carrying handle. It is certainly portable, but the option of wheels (permanent or detachable) would have been welcomed. Having a generator like this gives us peace of mind because there are occasional power outages, especially in the winter. I wish we would have had this back in February. This generator has many, great features and is a boon for times in need.
