great lounger! beautiful style and comfort. love the color,pull-out side table, and being able to change positions on the legs as well as the back rest. went together fairly easy. would definately recommend. need to use teak oil for sure to keep it looking great. comparable loungers cost much more. good value. hate the shipping costs.

Great quality for the money!

I LOVE this lounger. When I got it I was dreading putting it together but to my surprise it was unbelieveably simple! assembly only took me about 10-15 minutes. I bought the bar height dining set to match it and now you can't get me to come inside. I am highly enjoying them both. They look and feel very expensive!

This lounger had many pieces to assembly but once done it is fabulous. I shopped and shopped loungers and liked all the features that this one advertised. The fit and finish is great and stained to look like teak. I love my lounger and especially love the great deal I got on Walmart.com. Paid a fraction of the cost I would have paid at other stores, even cheaper than the one offered at Sams and it is very nice product.

My husband put together one of these last night and said it was very frustrating. Nothing was labeled and the tray did fit how it's supposed to so now it won't pull out. For the price, I think it's a great product. It looks great and I'm sure it will be great pool-side when we have people over.

Concern with shipping

Ordered two of the loungers. #1 came and was broken in several places. #2 came and was OK, easy to assemble. Returned #1 and replacement lounge was shipped UPS, which also had damage (broken piece of wood) We are currently trying to fix it since I do not want to go back thru hassle of returning another lounge. Shipper needs to better protect the wood products. End result, if not broken is great value and nice product.

Hit or Miss

One chairs arrived broken and I had to screw it back together. That chair took over 2 hours to assemble as all of the screws did not properly fit. The second chair took 20 minutes and was a breeze. Basically you get what you pay for an inexpensive price but hit or miss quality. They look nice however and cushions are available everywhere to fit them.

Some issues

It wasn't exactly a cinch to assemble but the directions were pretty clear and it was doable for someone who is assembly challenged. It was very heavy which I took to be a sign of its sturdiness but made it awkward to move around. Everything looked great until the next day when I made a couple of discoveries. The wood had cracked in two different places. As best we could determine both were because they had drilled the hole in a knot in the wood and weakened the wood itself. When the screw was put in, the wood began to split. One of the breaks is on the brace at the back of the lounger and the other is actually on the back rest. After assembling, we didn't want to return it so we are attempting to use wood glue to repair it. It really does look good so we hope the glue does the trick. Love the little tray that slides out; very clever. Not very comfortable without a cushion though.

Disappointed!

We ordered 2 of these loungers using Site to Store. They arrived quickly, but both were broken when we opened them. It appeared that the boxes had been opened an retaped which makes me wonder if I received broken chairs that someone else had returned. I thought I might be able to combine parts and assemble one chair and return one, but there were too many broken parts even to get one complete set. Too bad because I really liked the chairs! I'm debating about whether to try reordering. I will say that the Site to Store system is great! No shipping charges and people helped load the boxes into my car. Returning was easy and they helped get the boxes out of the car and into the store. Much easier than having to ship the chairs back!

You Get What You Pay For

Beware...My husband and I started the purchase process almost a year ago. Talk about dissappointed! Everything from shipping issues and damaged product to having to contact the manufacturer for replacement parts. When we started, we purchased the entire line. Bar table, barstools, dining tables with chairs and benches, side tables, footstools (direct from manufacturer) and the chaise lounges. This is not counting the umbrellas or cushions. The furniture is splitting, rotting, warping and cracking. We have coated each piece with teak oil once every 3-6 months and they continue to fall apart. The chair seat slats were the first to go. The arms and backs of the loungers where they are connected started splitting and then the back completely fell off. My husband has them braced with metal brackets and screws. The arm for upright positioning broke off and some of the back slats are bowed. Needless to say, we have since contacted the manufacturer...again...for additional replacement pieces. We will repair what we have meanwhile we are replacing each piece with another brand of better quality. Good luck with your purchase...We DO NOT recommend this set!

Buyers beware, after being in the sun for only 1 month the slats warped. Also, you have to tie the cushion to it or you will slide off the chair. The chair is very comfy and the slide out table is a good feature but not worth having to fix warping problems.
