Derrick was able to understand the difficulties of getting our 96 year old mother back on her email. He made sure she will be successful in the future. Thank you for sending such a compassionate, informed tech.
Kevin again did a superb job of moving my data to a secondary drive and erasing the hard drive clean so the laptop could be donated. He was on time and always courteous.
Abraham was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I needed help transferring photos and docs from an external hard drive and clearing everything from my old computer hard drive so it could be recycled. He explained what he was doing every step of the way and made sure all work was checked to make sure every transferred accurately.
Casey was very nice and helpful. He was here a bit early, but that was fine, and he was very diligent with getting the job done. My very shy cat came out and loved on him. That has never happened before. I do have a couple of questions that I would like to ask about my printer, but they didn't arise until he left. Cannot say enough good about the young man.
EXCELLENT He called ahead so we understand what we needed and it was helpful...he was patient and explained things clearly to me, we got everything done and I am very happy... will recommend

The Hello Tech that service my laptop was courteous knowledgeable, polite and help me until I understood everything that he was doing. While the apps we're loading we share some hat Tech things facts about. what side of town he lived on, what church I went to see what your she went. to he was very personable. I would love to continue. i forget his name. He was excellent in servicing my problem, thanks again for setting a very knowledgeable and polite person, he is an asset to your company and deserve a raise. Thanks a lot Miss Johnson we can help there's no payments for 6 months
My keyboard was not working most Techs would have suggested that they would return after I had everything they needed to complete their task; Johnny did all possible to work around this hiccup (I did not know it was no longer working) and with determination he was able to complete the task.
My first experience with in home and with HelloTech. Sandro did arrange to help me get set up so that my issue can be solved. Thinking outside the box which I appreciated
Friendly but only knowledgeable about PCs, and the job was to work on multiple Macintosh computers and one HP. He worked aix hours and left only having completed the paid for task on that one computer. He was to reset three Macintosh computers, reset the username and optimize a desktoo iMac. Not one one of the Macintosh computers was factory reset, and he did not create a new username or optimize the iMac desktop.
