Thank Heavens to talk to an actual person; my prior experience was with, I think, a algorhythmic bot device at Google- that was a horror show. All it did was try to sell me a new phone. The tech was very thorough, very patient, and walked through the entire sequence of troubleshooting, adding some patches along the way, until we finally got to the root of the problem, which was very tiny, but like so many computer things, extraordinarily obscured under layers and layers of options.
I would like to say "Thank You" for the outstanding effort and enthusiasm Isaac S. put forth in helping me get our iMac desk top computer back on line again. Isaac S. is to be commended for doing an outstanding job. I appreciate the responsible work attitude and personal commitment to customer service.
The tech (Jeff) was excellent! He is very knowledgeable and was able to assist with my issues and answer all my questions. He showed me some things that I did not know and that was also extremely helpful. Jeff is friendly, polite and understands the needs of his clients very well.
David called before to get the details of my problem. He let me know when he was on his way. He was knowlegeable and respectful and systematically went through all my computer problems and fixed them, I am very pleased with the result and felt confident in his abilities.
Taamir was amazing! He took the time to diagnose and repair our gaming computer issue. He even connected with our son, in language he could understand, about what not to do. As far as we're concerned, Taamir is the only Tech we want to work with. We highly recommend Taamir.
Clark Jean was very efficient and I was able to understand everything he asked. Very helpful in showing me what to do before he left. Also very pleasant and courteous. If I have any problems I will let you know, I forgot to ask him to put the Icon for hello tech on my screen. if you can do that It would great. Thanks chris
Jose arrived on-time, after confirming my appointment via e-mail and by phone. He was thorough, diagnosed the problem, fixed it and gave me his number if the problem arose again. Jose was knowledgable, worked quickly and was a pleasure to watch him work so hard. I was afraid that I might need a new computer but Jose fixed this one. It runs just fine now. Thank you, Jose and HelloTech. You guys are amazing.
Fausto was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He explained all that he was doing and patiently answered all my questions. He was also warm and personable. He fixed many of my problems but needs to come back to finish the job. I would like to request Fausto for Thursday, December 19. I will call HelloTech to arrange an appointment.
Bernard was very professional and polite to us, not to mention his appearance. He was very knowledgeable with what he was doing. We had an over all experience on reaching out to Hello Tech. We will, in the event need be will contact Hello Tech for future needs with our computer and will be requesting the services of Bernard.
My tech was here because I had a problem with my mouse. He was here over an hour and then my husband asked if he had checked the mouse to see if it was not a computer issue and he said no. My husband then proceeded to put his mouse on my computer and guess what? Problem solved. The tech should have checked the mouse first and not wasted so much of my time and we paid for it. Crazy
