all of the fluid is eaten within two days of hanging it out they love it they line up to eat it they fight over it. the Jays gulp it down and the little Downy woodpeckers and the red bellies and a hairy woodpecker also they just love it. they have slowed down on the berries now and are more or less going for the nuts. I had a robin get up in the tree all summer eating from one of them.
This is the first suet I have ever used that bird ate up completely. I had a variety of Tanagers, Carolina Wrens, Wood Peakers, and even a pair of Painted Buntings eating from this block of suet. once it was gone the brids were still coming back to it waiting for a refill.
I have tried various flavors from this brand. I love this brand, but this was the best so far. I've gained a lot of wild birds over the course of almost a year of being a very amateur bird lover/carer. The birds ate it all right away, so I will be purchasing it again today. Thank you.
I have a wide variety of birds at my feeders and they all love these cakes. I used them all winter and will continue to have them for my feathered friends.
There's so many birds in my neighborhood that are searching for something to eat. I try to supply a variety of food for the various assorted birds.
C%26S puts out some good bird products for years now and I have enjoyed that Walmart has carried the product for quite a while. My birds, yes my birds enjoy the Suet and finish it so quick they have to wait 5 days for replacement. I tell them cool it but they don't listen. Very fair price and my deliveries are alway a clean event. Thanks
I have a small and bigger Woodpeckers that come to feed but the Starlings come and get most of it in days. I hate Starlings lol They eat all the peanuts from my feeder too. But other than that its great!!
and that's only because the ants ate it more than the birds did but I learned a little trick that if you spray the cage before you put the stuff in that the ants can't get on it and on hummingbird feeders too if you spray cooking oil on it the ants can't get up in don't forget to watch sunrise and the sunsets in the stars in between
These didn't use to have a side of solid grease! The birds used to eat these up, especially the woodpecker! Now it seems they mold up and they don't get ate! I'm changing my feeding habits to a feeder with seed and the large disc of seeds! I liked being able to afford the enjoyment of watching the birds…still do…just not with these anymore.
I live near a cemetery and not one birth or squirrel has tried to eat your food. It's been up for 3 weeks
