Had a problem with the product and called LaCrosse for help about the weather station, had to wait ten minutes to talk to a person in India and then told if I wanted to talk to a tech they would call me back in 4-5 days. Needless to say the Lacrosse weather station went back. Would not purchase another product from LaCrosse.
