Everything is labeled and easy to use. The book has step by step pictures. Great product. Much better than the old Wilton set!
This is a large flower cutting collection good for all levels of decorators. I have some experience myself and find this collection to be very helpful. You will also need fondant/gumpaste tools and the flower impression mat. This collection also comes with a detailed instruction book that is easy to read and understand, even for the beginner. This cutting set just makes life easier when you are preparing flowers for your next cake masterpiece!
