These shoes are cute and extremely comfy! Shipping is quick. I bought my first pair and turned around and bought a second pair several weeks later.
Bought these a couple of years ago and they are a perfect summer shoe for light walking. Dressy enough for dinner and a stroll on the boardwalk. Wish I could buy another pair but I don't think these are available anymore.
I had already ordered a similar high top version of this shoe, and love it. I knew it would behoove me to have a simpler, lighter weight version for hotter weather. This was exactly what I was hoping for and expecting. Merrells almost never disappoints! I'm grateful to have added these to my shoe wardrobe.
I didn't know what to think when I first put them on... The piece on the achilles tendon was hurting a bit and the sole felt pretty hard. I decided to wear them a few hours inside the house to see if it was getting better. I had to tie them quite loose to be ok. I was not disappointed! After two days, I couldn't take these off. It totally relieved my plantar fascitis pain! It doesn't feel like walking on clouds, and it's not supportive and stabke like a hiker... But it isn't a hiker! They look very nice and make very good all-around shoe. So for me, it has the exact right amont of support for my foot, and relieves my feet pain from being upright for longtime doing little things in and around the house. As other Merrell shoes, I think it fits better for people with narrow to normal feet.
These are my first pair of casual shoes from Merrell - I am a fan of the Moab hiking boot. I am thrilled with the comfort, style, and overall feel of this shoe and not to mention it is made up mostly of recycled materials! I would recommend this shoe.
LOVE these shoes! Immediately felt great, though a bit big. I just put on thicker socks. Walked a quick mile with little to no discomfort.
I just ordered these last week, and right out of the box, they were incredibly comfortable. I am a teacher, so I am on my feet all day, and on the first day I wore them, I also ran errands after work and didn't get home until after 8 at night. After wearing them for 14 hours, I still had a spring in my step, and my feet were also very dry (I tend to have sweaty feet). I'm considering buying a second pair to have when these eventually wear out (though that could be years from now).
I love these shoes. They're perfect for casual day wear. Since suffering from fractured heel bone last year I have needed more supportive shoes. These shoes are supportive, comfortable, and stylish! Thank you Merrell!
I purchased these because I loved the mesh gridway so much and thought it would be nice to have a variety of colors/fabrics. The canvas is a nice natural shade of beige, the laces have a natural cotton sort of look that goes well with the canvas. These are not as comfortable as the Gridway, and I can not tell why that is, the sole appears to be identical, but for some reason, it does not have the same supportive, cushioned feel. They are not bad, and if I wasn't familiar with the other version, I am sure I would have thought these were great.
Great for everyday wear around the house. I have difficulty finding comfortable shoes but these are comfortable for me.
