The mat is very durable it is not flimsy it was packaged correctly it was packaged flat and not rolled up.
The edge got slightly bent in shipping, but the product was exactly what I expected. It'll ave my carpet.
I ordered one of these despite the fact that the reviews and answers to questions are all over the place. Information onsite indicated that the mat could be delivered rolled up OR in a flat box. One reviewer included an image showing a lot of damage to a mat delivered rolled up. Mine arrived in a flat box which would seem to be the only way it should be delivered. It's quite stiff--certainly not meant to be rolled. Perhaps the manufacturer learned that rolling was not a good idea and is now shipping flat??? Since other reviewers indicated that their mats arrived rolled and were fine, I have to wonder if the company is not changing manufacturers for this product at times while continuing to list all under the same name. The mat lies flat on my carpet. There are no tripping hazards from the edges. The chair slides nicely. Both my husband and I are impressed enough that we will be ordering two more for other areas of the house.
Installed 2 of these on a low pile Berber in our home computer room and they are working perfectly.We don't mind the light brown tint as they are for protection,not decor.We've had them about 3 weeks and there are no issues of dimpling from chair casters and they do not move.Really like that they are made from 100% recycled plastics.Excellent value as they are very affordable.
Works great in my home office. Seems very durable and does not move on the carpet at all due to the grips on the bottom.

Well made item that does the job as intended. So far no problems with indention do I am satisfied. Is shipped in a flat box which is a good thing, only be prepared to take it out of the box or have large trunk space to transport home.
Product is of reasonable quality. Ordered two, both arrived broken in the same corner. I decided to keep and use them anyway as the broken part was hidden in my application. The packaging is inadequate to protect the product.
I waited for a month to receive this item. When I finally received it, it was damaged and was very brittle. It wasn't at all what I was looking for. I would not recommend this item to anyone.
I don't know if this mat had a small, unnoticeable crack in it when it arrived but in less than a day the mat developed a big crack. In less than a month there are cracks all over the mat. I use a relatively light chair and I'm not a huge person. It may seem like a good price but it's not a good price if the mat has a tendency to easily crack (as mine did).
