For obvious safety reasons, this is a must have when using the router extension table.
I have a Kreg router table. This switch was very easy to install. I simple push with my knee turns router and vac system off.
Purchased as a replacement safety switch for my older Craftsman table saw. Works perfectly. I easily adapted a mounting block so the switch is in a convenient location.
My reason for purchasing this is to actually use on my Miter Saw Station. I wanted a convenient way that I can unplug the saw for blade changes and maintenance; with access directly in front of the station instead of fumbling around in back. With a cowl over the station it makes it more difficult to get behind.
Allows me to turn on both miter saw and vacuum attached at same time as both are plugged into switch.
