In my shop we use 1",1-1/8", and 1-1/4" wenches everyday. After two years with a set of Gear Wrench I have gone through 4 of the 1-1/4" wrenches. The other sizes work as they were new but there must be a faulty part on the 1-1/4". Don't expect it to last under constant use with low force being applied. The brand new replacement that was just dropped off today has an 1/8 of an turn play in it from the manufacturer.
