Like other reviews here, this unit is not what it is suppose to be. It says it has a water pause, that is not true(or mine is defective) it only slightly slows the flow. Mine says it is 1.5gpm but it is way more than that. Also, the swivel is terrible, trying to move it and it will try to come unscrewed from the pipe. Waterpik, you are way off the mark on this unit!!! I purchased a different waterpik from walmart for 9.95 that say 1.5gpm and it works very well. It is just a plain jane shower head, but it does what its suppose too.
Returned this to the store after a couple months. Could not stand how it would work great for a minute, then the flow would become extremely weak to the point of being a trickle. Totally the fault of this showerhead and not my home's water pressure. This product is overpriced and doesn't come with any instructions on how to install it or how the different massage settings work. There are apparently only about 3 settings as far as I can tell, and I have no clue how to activate the Waterpause function. Seriously disappointed.
Bought the product because it says it only uses 2.5 gallons of water per minute or 9.5 liters. When i installed it I thought the water pressure was great just as good as my 6 gpm shower head i had. I bought this shower head thinking that it will save me money on my water and electric bill. I thought the pressure was to good to use only 2.5 gpm so i decided to measure how much it used. My results were that it used 15 liters per minute. Not even close to the advertised 9.5.
