I purchased a Takagi at first but wasn't working for a family of 6 with 3 bathrooms . My new plumber suggested Noritz and has met our hot water needs. Will never get another brand if i need to buy again in the future.
I will forever stay with tankless. This is my second unit and both have performed well! In a large house with several people it's nice to know that you'll never run out of hot water
Excellent product design and quality. Easy install. Love new plug-in 110v feature vs old hardwired. Great customer service as well. What's not to like? This is my 2nd unit as the first one lasted 20 years!
In 2006 I installed a Noritz tankless hot water heater and replaced it with a new one in October 2020. I am very happy with the first one and expect to be with its replacement. 14 years seems a good life for a hot water heater.
It works very good. If you want hot water it is hot. You can also slow the water down and get warm water. We couldn't get warm water with our older tankless water heater.
You will never go wrong using a Noritz water heater. I have two. Just replaced one after 16 years and the other one is still going strog
This is our second Noritz heater . The first one experienced severe vibration, even after the techs checked it out. It finally started leaking and had to be replaced. We took a chance and replaced with this Noritz. So far it is working fine with zero vibration.
Previous Norwich tankless water heater operated great for 10 years in a beach environment. This unit had similar features and was completely interchangeably with all the present piping, electrical and vent. Less than an hour to installed and works great.
After 4 months of having our Noritz Tankless Heater installed, I can say that their product is exceptional and we are very happy with our product in every way. Noritz tankless heaters offers a great money savings and once our unit was installed, it's operation is seamless and worry free.
Replaced broken unit with this one. Incurred unnecessary installation/plumbing charges due to this unit's plumbing connection position changes, which required home's water lines demographic modifications.
