[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This air conditioner is great for small rooms that need quick cooling. I have used it several days now and it's works well. The controls are easy to understand and the installation wasn't too bad. I am not a handy person and I was able to install it without any issue so I think anyone can do it. It's also nice that it has a remote control so I don't have to touch the main panel. The only minor issue is that it was slightly loud when set for high speed but I often use low and medium speed anyway and it's fine.

I installed this air conditioner in my bedroom window and now I am staying comfortable. This air conditioner has a multiple fan speeds and settings that allows me to achieve a preferred level of comfort. I use it in my average size bedroom on low and it keeps it really cool.Also has a high,medium and low to use the energy saver button or I can set the timer to come on an hour before going to bed so it will be nice and cool while sleeping. Also has a change filter indicator button that lights up when it's time to remove and clean,This feature is great because I would forget to clean properly. Also comes with a remote controller and installation kit.I am very impressed with how cool it keeps my bedroom and how quickly it cools my bedroom down.If you are looking for a air conditioner to cool down a small room I would highly recommend the Arctic King 5000 BTU.This air conditioner took about 30-40 minutes to install and is very easy to operate. I live in Arizona where in this month of August we reached a temperature of more than 115 Fahrenheit, and I loved it, it cools my room super fast, the Design is elegant, minimal noise, extremely silent, energy saving !! It is very easy to use, the best thing is that it comes with a remote control, I can raise, lower the temperature or turn it off from my bed without having to get up from it! the speed to cool the room is very fast !! the room temperature is very stable. It is very easy to install!! the quality of the product is excellent, it is worth buying, I am satisfied with it.

The multiple options for the fan and settings make it easy to find a comfortable temperature in the room. I use the timer all the time and set it to turn on before I get home at the end of my day. The remote control is reliable and works great with the unit. The screen is easy to read and buttons work great. I'm very thankful I could find this affordable unit that works and does what I need it to. I live in Florida where it's very hot but this unit performs very well with the heat and keeps me so cool!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently renovated an office and this little air conditioner dis perfect for that room. It is about 10 by 20 and a new addition to my home made specifically for an office. With this air conditioner I can set a timer and sleep mode so it is only running when I want it. Love the LCD digital front and the fact it is run by remote is just a plus! Great brand and a great deal!!!
Not impressed, small bedroom. I been dark shades and door closed all the times, and I don't even turn on the energy saving on. It just don't cool.. sometimes it does if I leave my house for two days and come back… the room it's cool enough but… geez the poor unit struggles to cool down, as I'm writing this review it just started to make a scary noise… idk, I think I might have to buy another unit… I give it 3 starts for effort.
As you can see in the photo I have the maximum amount of folded paper and cardboard crammed in the front trying to stop the constant rattle, actually it sound like 5 bricks in the dryer tumbling around. I do not recommend this terrible ac.
