I love it and would recommend it to others
My last AC unit could barely keep the house at 70 when it was 75 outside. I got this one and just on LOW, it gets to cold I have to wear socks. I like the energy saver feature, too. It is also very quiet.
I needed a larger AC unit for my living room as I live on the second floor of a house. This does the job of cooling things down very nicely, even when it's on economy mode. I'm not looking forward to my new electric bill (lol) but I'm hoping having it on economy mode will help with that. Thanks!
Great AC. It's better than my new GE 10k BTU. It's quick, efficient, and not loud but not quiet. Easy install ion and operation.. I wish I bought more, will def buy again. Especially with the sale they had then at $218. I got 3yr replacement but can't say anything bad as of this time.
Arrived with a HUGE DENT on the back left corner which was discouraging to see. normally I would have just packed it up and send it back but seeing as how it's the middle of the summer and it's freaking hot as all heck I needed this air conditioner so bad so I just took it out of the box set it up and pray that it would work. thankfully it does work but it makes kind of a weird sound that I have never heard from an air conditioner unit before so I'm guessing that has something to do with the huge dent on the side and back of the unit but hey cools down the room pretty well so I'll just leave it for now.
I receive my ac with a few dents maybe during delivery, because the box was damaged. I don't know if I can return it.
I purchased in July and didn't even get to use for 2 weeks and it made a popping noise and starting spray out Freon. My experience has been horrible I've tried for months through Walmart or the manufacturer to get a refund or replacement and I'm getting no help. 100% satisfaction guarantee what a joke. I was just trying to cool my house a little for my family during the hot months and all I got was a hot house and 2 new air conditioners that tore up and no help and no money to get another ac
Product is not the exact same as the pictures, you do not receive a digital remote with extensive features. It is a basic flat remote and the ac is slightly different than what is in pictures. Walmart chat is responsive but there is no resolution for the issue so be aware in case this is a deal breaker… since you will still be charged the same amount for a different product than what is advertised in the product images. Ac still comes as 12000 btu and I've yet to test it I can only be hopeful that it's not entirely a lesser product than what I chose to buy online vs what I received. Hope this issue is fixed or people are warned. If I am updated, compensated or some fix is made I will update this review or remove it since it wouldn't longer be an issue.
I only received one was supposed to be 2 and was thrown on the ground I heard in house
This looked like a quality unit by the pictures show and the description. When I pulled it out of the box, I noticed that the box was slightly damaged. I have seen worse. The outer tin cover on one side has dented in on both top and bottom of the case that I had difficulty installing the air dams. I looked it all over and noticed that the entire internal duct work was in pieces. Something happened to this during shipping along the way somewhere. It's going back.
