This is a great humidifier/ionizer for those, like me, who have allergies. The moister air keeps the nasal passages and sinuses clear and the ionizer keeps the air clearer of airborne allergens. No more sinusitis or bronchitis for me!
Product was exactly as expected by the reviews I had read. Quiet, good amount of mist that is adjustable. Really like the auto shutoff when water level gets low, tank easy to refill. Cleaning instructions look easy enough without having to buy preplacement filters. Excellent value especially considering the affordable price.
The humidifier works exactly as described. Puts out a lot of mist. Very quiet. I recommend cleaning as instructed weekly. With a full tank and on normal setting it lasts about 24 hours. It is cold where I live now and the furnace is on continually so I like a lot of humidity in the air and run the machine day and night.
love it, love it. love it. it is 90% quiet. holds a lot of water and does the job. i highly recommend
I would recommend purchasing this product for a small room.
I was searching for a machine that was super quiet, with lots of vapor output, and minimal maintenance (no filters). This humidifier is very quiet, puts out a big stream of vapor (I have it off the carpet so it doesnt dampen it), and it has to be level or the refill light will come on and it wont run. And it tends to make a louder noise when you first fill it, but it quiets back down. A full tank will only last about 15 hours or so at the highest setting.
I love the design, its easy to fill, but I have had to replace it three times within 90 days. The last one I got made a terrible noise when you turned it on, but it would stop after a minute or two. I decided to deal with it because it was producing a good mist.....until yesterday. That makes four in 6 months. Now its not working at all. I am frustrated, to say the least, then trying to get them to replace it, because I bought a two year warranty is ridiculous. I called the number, it gave to put in a claim and they advised I needed to file it in on line. I entered all the information and then it tells me I have to call the manufacturer. These arent cheap either. They can take a flying leap!!!!! My mom paid $25. for a humidifier one a year ago, works great. The only reason I put up with it this long is the design is easy to fill and when (or if) works it did put out a great mist. I thought paying more I would get a better quality. You dont always get what you pay for.
First of all the manual is a waste of good paper, everything written is brief and non-descriptive. The unit itself where you read the labels are black letters on a dark gray background. It is very hard to control the amount of water vapor, most of the time it is either too much or not enough. This a secondary unit to help my primary humidifer (which is a different brand, which is no longer available) maintain our home. I will be looking for a primary one since this is one is not efficent or reliable to use full time.
I loved it at first, though couldn't quite figure out all the features and the manual was confusing. It stopped working altogether after just a couple of months. I no longer had the box or receipt so into the trash it went. I'll stick with the cheap $20 humidifiers now, at least I can afford to replace those.
