First thing is that it comes folded up not in a roll. I found that if you un-fold it and roll it back on it self. I will help with getting the creases out. Make sure that the paper sits in the water a little longer than 30 sec. (as the directions say). I also layed it out on a few paper-towels to dry the surface. But, it was very easy to work with, and went up very well.
