The directions were not very easy to understand, but they are helpful. The area around the 500w light gets very hot, so make sure you're not near any obstacles. The pictures sometimes miss the moving target, but the videos capture the action almost every time. Compared to some more expensive security cameras, this is worth the money.
Light does not swivel sideways, I cut the bracket and put a bolt in one side. Programing is a huge headache. Pictures are great during daylight, ok at night. I recomend additional lights in the area to enhance the nitetime photos. I would also recomend hooking up temporary power to the light on your workbench and programing it a few times before installing this unit. No kidding, it was crazy difficult to get it right.
