Beautiful piece of furniture, very well made and easy to put together comes very well packaged. I liked it so much I bought another one in a different color.
To get a chair and ottoman at this price is very nice. Both my son and daughter-in-law love it so far for the baby.
Nice chair, smooth gliding but smaller than I thought it would be. Easy assembly. Great for smaller people but anyone over 6' would be uncomfortable. Color deceiving too, not medium gray, more of white background with gray swirls. I kept it as it as a lady's and need extra chair in livingroom.
The product itself is fine. My issue is that I ordered black finish and when I received the box it states that it is black finish, so I wasn't worried about it being wrong and did not open the box myself. What I got was definitely not black though. It was more like espresso or dark cherry. So now I have a glider that doesn't match my nursery furniture which is black. The only reason this isn't being returned is that my husband opened and put the glider together while I was not home, and wasn't aware of what I ordered. I'm not sure if this is actually a Walmart issue or a manufacturer issue, but it has left me an unhappy customer.
A little smaller than I hoped. My husband is 6'4", this is too short and low to the ground.
The chair is pretty comfortable, a lot smaller than expected, not worth the price. I could have gotten a full size glider for an extra $20 but I didn't want to go through the hassle of trying to return this item.
This chair was delivered to me early last week and one of the spindles on the base was broken. I followed the instructions and contacted Storkcraft. I had no idea when the product was manufactured or in which country (tip: it's on the bottom side of the base) but I got thru it. I called this morning to request an update and was told they will get to my request at most 72 hours after receiving it. I told them it has already been a week. They requested I send the request again and they would process it right away. They are now closed for the day and my request has not been updated. I'm frustrated. I just want to set up my nursery. I'm close to just taking the chair back and finding a different company. I cannot review the chair since I cannot actually put it together.
My item arrived broken. Had to contact manufacturer for replacement parts, went through the the entire arduous process only to be told they don't have that part available and now I have to either return or exchange with Walmart. My chief complaint is their customer service hours are ridiculous, and that they don't have the part needed for a popular piece to be replaced is very frustrating. Will not be exchanging for another of this brand.
When I received it the box was all beat up, and everything inside was covered in dust. It got all over my carpet. I found several scratches on parts of the glider and ottoman . I was so excited to order this item but when I got it the way I did it threw me off completely. Not happy at all just because of the way I received it.
